Canoe trips on the Pärnu River

We arrange canoe trips on the Pärnu River. At 144 km, it is one of the longest rivers in Estonia. Canoeing on this river is a good way to explore our country’s nature, landscapes, villages and several sightseeings (watermills, bridges, Kurgja Farm museum etc).

We are located 25 km downstream from Türi and 70 km upstream from Pärnu in the former schoolhouse of Samliku village. Situated next to the river, it makes a great start and end point for canoe trips and an ideal place to bed down for the night during trips lasting several days. You can camp here as well as swim, fish, have barbecues and sauna.

Our one-day trips have different lenghts – from up to a couple of hours canoeing to a full day trip. We’ll help to choose the right distance and route for you.

Prices for one-day trips: 15-30 euros per person (depending of the route length and the number of participants). Price includes: a place in a canoe, life-jackets, paddles, instructions and local transport (usually we help to move your cars between the start and end points of your trip).

A guide is available for your party for an extra fee, (60 euros per group).. The guide knows the river and the area.
